Fairy Samples for Donna Ratcliff for Hochanda...............

Morning everyone!

I'm sharing with you today, my samples that were created for the Crafters Companion One Day Special on Hochanda using the fairy stamps range designed by Donna Ratcliff.

I LOVED playing with these and as you can see, the versatility of them was huge.

I have used a range of mediums but throughout you will see samples using Spectrum Noir sparkle pens and Spectrum Noir aqua pens - the sparkle pens can give you some super strong backgrounds.

Sparkle pen background and coloured in using the sparkles too.

This one has been done using alcohol inks on yupo paper.

Distress ink background and coloured in using sparkle pens.

A gesso moon, sparkle pen background and coloured in with sparkle and aqua pens.

Using sparkle pens.

A dramatic nighttime one here using white embossing and Pebeo Dyna paints.

Large gesso moon and sparkle pens with glossy accents covering the black fairy houses.

A super shiny sparkle pen background here!

Hope you are enjoying seeing whole collections of samples that I have made for the television shows.

I'll be back soon enough with the new Penny Black challenge at the beginning of February! - Then some more sample collections for you too!

Thanks for stopping by,

Leanne xxx

  1. Wow, what a feast for the eyes! These cards are just stunning and all so very different. I really like the way that you’ve achieved such dimension with them. The background on your second card is amazing. I’ve never ventured into alcohol inks but they do seem to produce some incredible results. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing your next collection. Crafty hugs, Sandra x x
